Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

15 grams

Water

1 liter

Condensed milk

30 grams

Galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves

20 grams

Chili paste

10 grams

Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder

10 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling. Add the galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves. Boil until the soup is aromatic, then lower the heat.
  2. Add Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder, stir slowly, then turn off the heat.
  3. Add chili paste and condensed milk, followed by Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder to enhance taste and flavors.
  4. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
