Ingredients:

Tenderloin

150 g

Grinded Pepper

5 g



Seasoning Ingredients


Teriyaki No Tare

30 ml

Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce
(Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand)

30 ml

Cooking Method :

1. Chop tenderloin into small cubes (around 1 inch) and marinate them with Teriyaki No Tare.

2. Then fry them in small amount of oil (beware of overcooking).

3. After cooked, pour remaining Teriyaki No Tare over the chopped tenderloin.

4. Serve with salad vegetables and Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand) or thick dressing.
