Mala is one of Chinese spices which gives spicy taste and make tongue numb. It can be used to prepare various dishes. A popular dish is grilled meat in Chinese and Thai street food. Preparation of grilled beef Mala sauce is simple. Starts with selecting the right part of beef, better contain a little bit of fat, so the meat does not get dry. The key is to marinate beef with RosDee Beef Flavors or other flavors according to the type of meat before grilling it.
