Ingredients:

Japanese Rice

150 g

Fresh Shrimp

2 pieces

Ajinomoto Krobdee Plain Crispy Flour

50 g

Water

60 g

Nori Seaweed

½ sheet

Cream Cheese

30 g

Shrimp Egg

10 g

Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce
(Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand)

30 g

Takumi Aji® Teriyaki

30 g

Mixed Black & White Sesame Seed

50 g

Mayonnaise

Cooking Method :

1. Mix Ajinomoto Krobdee Plain Crispy Flour with water. Dip shrimp into the batter to coat and set aside. Place the shrimp into hot oil (around 170˚C). Fry until golden brown and set aside.

2. Place Nori seaweed on Japanese sushi rolling mat, then place the rice on the Nori seaweed. Spread the rice over evenly (around 0.5 cm thick). Place second Nori seaweed on the rice. Then, place fried shrimp, cream cheese in the center of the second Nori seaweed.

3. Roll the sushi into circular shape. Remove the sushi from the rolling mat and cut into pieces. Mix the sushi with black and white sesame seed.

4. Place the sushi on the plate. Put Mayonnaise, Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand), and Takumi Aji® Teriyaki on the sushi.

5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, and shrimp egg. Put in the plate. Fried shrimp with Cream Cheese with Sesame and Shrimp Egg Sushi Roll is ready to serve.
