Cooking Method

How to prepare minced pork Kua  kling

  1. Set a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, minced pork, RosDee menu Kua Kling, and stir them well.
  2. Add water and keep stir frying until the water evaporates.
  3. Add sliced kaffir lime leaves, and stir fry them well.

How to prepare stir fried Shimeji mushroom with sauce

  1. Set a pan over medium heat, and add shimeji mushrooms which the stipes are cut away for 1-1.5 cm
  2. Add in Goma-Shoyu Salad Dressing (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand) and Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand), stir fry until well combined, then turn off the heat and put it to rest in a well sealed container at 1-5 °C.

How to prepare Kua Kling sauce

  1. Mix Baisen Goma Creamy Sauce (Ajinomoto Salad Dressing Brand), RosDee Menu Kua Kling, and evaporated milk. Stir them well and put it in a bowl.

How to serve

  1. Boil water in a pot over high heat, and cook the ramen noodles for 3 minutes without rinsing with cold water.
  2. Place minced pork Kua Kling, sliced carrots, sliced cucumbers, stir fried shimeji mushrooms with sauce, and boiled egg around ramen noodles.
  3. Season the dish with Kua Kling sauce and spring onion before serving

Tip

  • To make Kua Kling more fragrant, add curry powder when seasoning.
  • Before boiling, add salt or vinegar to make the whole egg well cooked. This also makes the color of the yolk more appetizing. In addition, the boiling time should be around 8 minutes.
