Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

15 grams

Water

1 liter

Radish

20 grams

Salt

4 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling, add the radish, and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat, or until the radish is cooked. Then lower the heat.
  2. Add Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder and stir thoroughly.
  3. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
