Ingredients:

Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder

15 grams

Water

1 liter

Galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves

20 grams

Coconut milk

20 grams

Fish sauce

15 grams

Chili paste

10 grams

Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder

10 grams

Coriander

5 grams

Salt

4 grams

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat 1 liter of water until boiling. Add the galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and salt. Boil until the soup is aromatic, then lower the heat.
  2. Add Ajinomoto Tonkotsu Shabu Soup Powder, stir slowly, then turn off the heat.
  3. Add chili paste and coconut milk. Season with fish sauce and Ajinomoto Lime Seasoning Powder to enhance aroma and flavor, then garnish with coriander.
  4. Serve with meat and vegetables for shabu.
